Important distinction

This is not a UGRs Stock Take.

The Exposure Check is a standardised individual reflection. It cannot reveal or diagnose an organisation’s culture.

A UGRs Stock Take is tailored to an organisation’s cultural priorities and gathers people’s lived experiences in their own words. Those patterns are interpreted in context and used to guide focused action.

Why the difference matters

Ratings can highlight where an individual feels curious or concerned. A Stock Take goes further: it asks people to describe what they actually experience, identifies the UGRs within those experiences and connects the evidence to the organisation’s strategy.

Even many Exposure Check completions do not turn this standard reflection into an organisational Stock Take.
